The largest and most modern conference center in Eastern Hungary.
The designer dreamed of a "know-it-all" house that is just as worthy an environment for a professional conference as it is for a cultural event, in which the spaces can be connected or even separated as desired, while the rooms also meet the highest technical requirements. The dream came true in February 2006: the Kölcsey Center was built near the long-demolished former house of the poet of the National Anthem.
Upon entering the building, the abundance of glass, wood and stone evokes a Scandinavian atmosphere. Light pours in through the huge windows. The many wooden coverings – birch, maple and okumé – radiate cleanliness, warmth and friendliness.
