Variety was the primary goal when compiling the hotel´s gastronomic offer. The menu includes Hungarian dishes typical of Hajdúság, but there are also elements of international cuisine. Our a´ la carte restaurant awaits its guests with specialties typical of the Great Plain and Debrecen.

In the heart of Nagyerdő, in addition to enjoying grilled food and dishes from the a´ la carte menu, cocktails, draft beers, champagnes, brandies, international and domestic wines are also on offer as refreshments.
For hotel guests, we treat ourselves to an American buffet breakfast and an à la minute breakfast within it. During breakfast, the a´la minute chef prepares almost any food freshly, be it an omelette, American pancakes or any popular breakfast. For lunches and dinners, it is also possible to serve buffet or 4- or 5-course plate service.
